As some people really not serious for work, for keep the quality, we have changed the suspended user rules. Before there was suspended for 15% error, we have changed it to 25%, so if someone do 25% wrong for login session or 25% wrong for total account period will be suspended automatically.
If you show status account is suspended, that means, this account for pending review, we will review this account manually, and if we find anything wrong, we will make it fired. otherwise, we will active this account. so if you see your account are suspended, but you did not done any big wrong, well, don't worry, wait and try later, our QA team will review your account and if they think you wrong are accepable, they will active your account.
Once an account are fired, This account wont count for payment.
N.B: Fired status are manually reviewed action, so do not contact with us any fired account issue, Fired are permanent.
